Forget the watery nothingness grown in tunnels in Spain that the supermarkets pass off as celery; this is a proper vegetable grown outdoors in the soil in the Wye Valley with a striking flavour, tasty raw and even better cooked to enhance any stew, soup or stir-fry.


This is our first celery crop of the season and as such is smaller than our main season celery.
