Raw in salads, grated, steam, sweated, stir-fried in batons, roasted,m thinly sliced as a bar snack... kohlrabi crosses boundaries between leaf veg, stem veg and root, hence its versatility, like a hybrid mutant with the super-strength of all its component parts, multiplied manyfold. Is this an exaggeration, the poetic license of the desperate kohlrabi salesman? Perhaps... but why not find out for yourself!
