Certified Organic. Shallot variety 'Zebrune'. Sweeter than bulb onions and especially good raw - try them finely chopped sprinkled over almost any savoury dish to transform the flavour. Sold per bunch, 350g approx (5-12 shallots depending on size) with edible greentops attached where possible.
