Certified Organic. Excellent turnips with a radishy flavour but sweeter with a firmer texture, sublime raw or lightly steamed with a knob of butter. Also ideal for chucking in to a stew or casserole.Where possible we leave plenty of stalk and leaf on them, which are also very tasty.
